Supergreen Dinner Phyllo Cups

Serves 4
  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed according to package instructions
  • Oil spray
  • 1 package c’est laV Supergreen
  • 1 box chives, finely chopped + 4-5 sprigs for garnish
  • 1 tablespoons thyme leaves, roughly chopped + 4 sprigs for garnish
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. Arrange a sheet of phyllo on a large cutting board (cover the remaining phyllo sheets with a slightly damp paper towel) and spray with oil. Place another phyllo sheet on top. Repeat until there are 4 layers. Using a sharp knife, cut the phyllo into 4 approximately 5-by-5-inch squares.
  3. Transfer squares into a muffin tin, gently pressing the phyllo into the bottom. Bake until the dough is lightly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. When the cups are cool, remove them from the pan and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together c’est laV Supergreen, chopped chives and thyme.
  5. To assemble, evenly divide Supergreen mix between phyllo cups, and granish with thyme and chive sprigs. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
